First, let us start by saying there’s absolutely no shame in choosing not to do anything right now — social distancing is emotionally hard and sometimes you don’t have anything left over at the end of the day. For some of us, the stretching out of days without something to fill them is it’s own source of anxiety. Luckily, a lot of schools, institutions, and companies are offering videos, classes and lessons to give you goals to work toward while you’re home.
