I have been coming to this part of the shore forever. Let’s put it this way, I rode the carousel as a kid and ate “club subs” at Jersey Mike’s before it became a franchise. Moonstruck was not just a movie but rather a B.Y.O.B. restaurant in Ocean Grove. Introducing newcomers to the Jersey Shore and watching them fall in love. Helping them find the tudor or mid-century they will call home. #doyouseewhatisee the eclectic architecture and the diversity of people, food, art and music are what inspires me the most about our part of New Jersey.

What's your favorite client story?

My customers and I are at the front door, when I open it and sense that someone is home. I call out, “Hello” and we get a “Hello” back. “Hello?” “Hello.” This continues several more times in a more rapid pace as we continue to the kitchen where we find a massive parrot in his cage. “I swear he wasn’t here yesterday,” I inform my client to which the parrot replies, “Who’s a pretty boy, I’m a pretty boy.” They ended up buying the house, but their offer on the parrot was rejected.

You have a day off in Asbury Park. What do you do?

BEACH/Happy Hour at Mister C's/BEACH/bike rides/BEACH/grilling/BEACH/Ocean Grove flea market/BEACH/Windmill hot dogs/BEACH/Showroom Cinema/ you get the point

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

Hands down, the front door. My favorite is a double Mid-Century style. Add a great brass knocker and it’s all over ... it's the homes personality, the first impression.

Favorite community organization.

Jersey Shore Rescue Mission. They take care of Asbury’s less fortunate. People, like houses, deserve second and third opportunity to make changes and find a new life.

What differentiates you within real estate?

Intuition, I see things. Sometimes it’s what a customer is really wanting in a home before they do. Sometimes it’s as simple as taking down a wall and seeing that giant entertaining space because they told me how big the holidays are for their family. It’s seeing the potential in a renovation and the return on an investment. It’s making what seems like a daunting process to most, exciting and financially rewarding. I only see the benefits.

What to expect.
