Born and bred Jersey boy.. Love the Jersey Shore and have lived in the Asbury Park area for over 10 years now, met my husband here over 35 years ago. Travel, Fun, Family, Friends, Cooking and Real Estate are my fun.
What's your favorite client story?
Met an elderly, not well off couple that was being taken advantage of by a developer and trying to steal their property for song.. We listed it, he still bought it but for market value and they were able to live out their golden years with much needed cash to make their lives a little nicer.. Even after 20 years, it still sticks in my mind how happy they were.
You have a day off in Asbury Park. What do you do?
Take a walk on the boards with my dog, jump on my bike with my backpack chair and my better half and spend a few hours relaxing listening to the waves and beachgoers.. Off to Happy Hour at one of our favorite places..
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
I'm an old school kinda guy, like shore colonials, lovely front porches, screened porches (I like outdoor seating if you didn't catch on) great finishes, light and very comfortable and practical, I need to be able to use it.
Favorite community organization.
The Center in AP. Wonderful organization that was founded to help people living with HIV/Aids whom we have lost many friends to over the years.
What differentiates you within real estate?
I'm very friendly, try to inject fun into the process and will always give you my honest opinion on price, condition, location, etc. I want you to be happy with your decision!
