What's your favorite client story?
House hunting adventures with one of my favorite ladies last year — we found that the sellers of the property had set up a Chucky doll facing the door upon entering the attic space. Needless to say, we both got a good scream and a great laugh shortly thereafter!
You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
Hike with my canine best friend in any of the amazing outdoor spaces Philly has to offer, all of Fairmount Park or the exquisite Wissahickon Valley with a visit to my favorite spots on the Schuylkill River. Balance is key, so I'd wrap with an evening film at a Ritz theatre plus dinner and cocktail at one of the many of my favorite establishments to round off the day and night.
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
Refined millwork or any carved stone details add such a level of architectural sophistication, I can't miss them if I tried!
Favorite community organization.
Fair-Amount Food Forest! I love this project because it will provide an abundance of medicinal edible plants that are to be freely harvested by anyone interested or in need!
What differentiates you within real estate?
My knowledge of construction, energy and home efficiency, renovation, restoration and sustainable practices give me an extra edge when assessing the viability and potentials of any property investment.
