What's your favorite client story?
Walking toward a person I had not met in real life(only on social media), yet, and her proclaiming to her partner..."Babe! Come meet our Realtor!". That was fun.
You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
Walk a neighborhood with my Babe. Take in the architecture, pop into shops, find a cool spot for lunch, and wander towards some green space to reflect on ALL of it with her. Coffee in hand!
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
Mixed media/materials. Contrast of old and new. Lighting is everything. Sunlight in an old buliding. Chef's kiss.
What differentiates you within real estate?
One thing I love is working with nice people. Choosing to work with each other, making sure both sides are a great fit is important to me. Respect and care for the future you are creating for yourself is of utmost importance. And, I bring support, openness, and some nurture, which is special these days when making investments. We all need someone in our corner. I've got you.
One last thing...
I love this city. The people, the vibe, the grit. I've lived in Canada, Georgia (for a hot minute when I was being brought into this world), and Florida for most of my life. But, it's Philly for me!
