Summarize yourself in a tweet.

I live to collaborate. From music, to business, to real estate, I see the best in myself and others when working creatively together toward a common goal and solving problems. I love helping and empowering others sharing my skills, knowledge and experience.

What's your favorite client story?

My favorite is when an agent was when a buyer agent was playing hardball and said their client would walk if my sellers did not lower the price for a third time. My sellers and I maintained the boundary of the price, and after being told the deal was killed, all the signed paperwork had been submitted by the buy side to go forward with the purchase.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

Exercise, play some music, go to a museum, go to parks, see a sports match, get lunch at a new spot, dinner at a new spot and a fire in the backyard of a friend's house.

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

I really love a good set of stairs, unique tile, detailed molding, and well-placed storage.

Favorite community organization.

I used to work for Pathways to Housing and it is part of the reason I am passionate about real estate. Pathways houses chronically homeless adults with mental illness and helps them to sustain independent living. Also a shout out to Girls Rock Philly who helps teach adolescent girls how to start a band, write songs, and perform music.

What differentiates you within real estate?

I really believe that real estate is the key to equity in society. People who own their homes have agency over their costs and their space, earn equity, and have a stake in the community. If the property in a community is owned by community members rather than outsiders, they can take ownership in their neighborhoods/towns/cities. For me, it's about helping people create security for themselves, but also helping them be better stewards of the neighborhoods they live in.
