JD! Philly born and bred. Realtor. Family, food and drink enthusiast. Lover of music, movies, TV, the arts, and Philly sports. Connecting people with their best imagined life! Walking the walk and practicing my practice.

What's your favorite client story?

That is literally an impossible question. Each and every client comes with their own unique story and personality and their needs in a home reflect all of that. It's an honor to be included in such an intimate experience and I'm humbled each and every time…

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

Let's see - I’d start off with brunch at Cafe La Maude with friends, take my dogs for a walk along Forbidden Drive, see a matinee at the Ritz, head to Washington Square Park for an hour in the sun, meet up with my partner for a special class and dinner on how to make pasta from scratch at Vetri, led by Marc Vetri himself, then finally get to bed early a huge smile and a full belly!

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

Parquet wood floors and vintage geometric shaped tile work.

Favorite community organization.

The Philly Friendship Circle is an organization that coordinates social programming for youth with other youth with disabilities. Our oldest daughter chose this organization as her mitzvah project and it's something we continue to participate in as a family.

What differentiates you within real estate?

Most people in every business are operating from the head. I believe in combining knowledge and expertise with guidance from the heart.

One last thing...

I'm a photographer with a photographer's eye for detail. I see potential. I was a Division 1 collegiate athlete at Penn State. I'm a yogi and believe in living consciously and mindfully.

What to expect.
