JD! Philly born and bred. Realtor. Family, food and drink enthusiast. Lover of music, movies, TV, the arts, and Philly sports. Connecting people with their best imagined life! Walking the walk and practicing my practice.
What's your favorite client story?
That is literally an impossible question. Each and every client comes with their own unique story and personality and their needs in a home reflect all of that. It's such an honor to be included in such an intimate experience and I'm humbled each and every time.
You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
Let's see...I'd have brunch at Cafe La Maude with friends, take a walk with my dog along Forbidden Drive, see a matinee at the Ritz, head to Washington Square Park for a sun soaked afternoon, meet up with my partner for a special class and dinner on how to make pasta from scratch at Vetri, led by Marc Vetri himself. Get to bed early and fall asleep with a huge smile and a full belly.
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
Parquet wood floors and vintage geometric shaped tile work. Your floors are the foundation of the room and truly set the tone.
Favorite community organization.
The Philly Friendship Circle is an organization that coordinates social programming for youth with other youth with disabilities. Our oldest daughter chose this organization as her mitzvah project and it's something we continue to participate in as a family.
What differentiates you within real estate?
Most people in every business are operating from the head. I believe in combining knowledge and expertise with guidance from the heart. I'm a hand holder and slow and steady wins the race sorta breed.
One last thing...
I'm a photographer with a photographer's eye for detail. I see potential. I was a Division 1 collegiate softball player at Penn State. I'm a yogi and believe in living consciously and mindfully.
