I am an enthusiastic learner & lover of life, that lives by the 3 C's: communication, commitment, consistency. I apply these to my professional & personal life daily.
What's your favorite client story?
I transitioned into real estate after working as a proven senior executive in the fashion industry for decades. I've always had a passion for real estate, and wanted to apply my experience as a business leader to successfully guiding you through your selling or buying experience. I got a lead through KVCore from my office — they lived in Dallas, (originally from NJ) and was looking to relocate back to Monmouth County. As with many new leads, he would set up times to chat and not be available. I stuck with it and we started facetiming and viewing properties together. It was an extremely competitive buyers' market (still is) and we put several offers in before securing the perfect property in Long Branch. I managed the entire process for him (all while NEVER meeting him in person) Upon his arrival, he drove up in a U-Haul with Covid. I met him at the property, but stayed in the car. I left the keys on the front porch with a care package (soup etc). We waved and I yelled from the car to make sure he got in safely. The entire transaction went smoothly, but we never actually met each other in person. He is still one of my favorite clients.
You have a day off in Asbury Park. What do you do?
I enjoy a simple day of riding my bike down the coast to Spring Lake, walking the beach. Having a fun lunch outside and hosting friends back at the house for dinner.
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
Clean/uncluttered lines draw my attention always. Less is more.
Favorite community organization.
I volunteer at Fulfill food bank every Friday from noon-3:00p.m at the "pop the trunk" distribution. It fills my heart to feed people. I've been volunteering for over a year now and many of the families coming through weekly are regulars. Some I know by name and I look forward to seeing them every week.
What differentiates you within real estate?
I am fairly new to the real estate industry, but not to businesses. I was in the fashion industry prior I believe I bring a different "head set" & "lens" to the real estate space. I was an expert in the fashion industry after leading denim companies for several decades. I tap this experience daily since starting in real estate and it has proven to be an asset time and time again. I am looking forward to learning and growing more as I move forward!
