Energized realtor helping clients achieve their dreams. I love this city, the people and stories it creates. Working with non-profits, neighborhood groups and others to create a city with sustainable focus, social harmony, open public spaces and a Philadelphia for all.

What's your favorite client story?

I was working with an older gentlemen in Society Hill, hearing his stories about growing up in the neighborhood, before it was redeveloped, watching him as he pointed around the neighborhood giving me a historic tour of what once was there was absolutely amazing. So often we only get to see the present but to know the history, the context, the changes of a place make you think about changes within society, within ourselves. I love hearing stories and learning from the past. In a city as old and historically preserved as Philadelphia, we don't think about what was there before unless we directly experienced it. With changing neighborhoods in Philly, I think knowing where we came from is even more important.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

In warmer months, I will grab my bike and a book to ride to any of the beautiful parks and trails around the city to sit down, read, people watch and meet folks. In the winter, I will head to a museum, cafe or visit friends to learn, explore, share stories and just be. Always ending it with cooking a meal at home for myself, my partner and whomever comes by.

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

I have a big place in my heart for original Victorian staircases (especially with a built in sitting bench!) and any hand carved wood. Big built in wardrobes, custom trim work, hand tiled vestibules and a nice old pink South Philly bathroom. <3

Favorite community organization.

Philadelphia Orchard Project - POP brings edible orchards to neighborhoods in need throughout the city while teaching neighbors and children to care for plants, harvest and prepare food. POP's mission is to promote health, food access and engagement of city neighborhoods.

What differentiates you within real estate?

I treat every client as I would a close family member or friend. I will always look out for you and negotiate your best interest. I will endlessly educate you on the process and what to expect. I will never see you as a transaction, my goal is to give you the highest and best service while keeping it fun, light and enjoyable. Just wait until you get to experience my neighborhood tours...

One last thing...

My free time is spent volunteering with various non profits in the city working towards environmental initiatives, food sovereignty, place-making, education, health, renewable energy and reduction of our collective carbon foot print. We don't have much time to save this amazing world and the time to act is now!

What to expect.
