Summarize yourself in a tweet.

Familiar with every street, avenue, and back alley of Philadelphia. Over twelve years as a Realtor, I can give guidance, advice, and support to buy or sell your home.

What's your favorite client story?

I sold a house in a day. My client had tried to sell a rental property several times without success before we met. He was eager to stop having to manage the property and said he was willing to give selling it another try. We worked hard to market the house and spark interest before putting it up for sale. It was under contract within one day of the first showing. He was thrilled after settlement: less maintenance and more cash for his retirement.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

When Philadelphia weather is beautiful, it’s great to walk in the city and look at architecture, visit open houses or meet friends for a walk along the river. Of course, there is always time for Philadelphia Phillies or Union game.

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

Some people like to stop for an attractive front flower garden or bay window. I usually take a moment when I see detailed brickwork in a great location. Perhaps that is why old brick designs and the new attempts to use brick as a facade catch my eye.

Favorite community organization.

Manna and Philabundance are two of my favorite Philadelphia community organizations. You can volunteer by packing up pasta for a food pantry, cooking scones for someone's hot meal, or delivering Thanksgiving dinners around town before you enjoy your own warm and happy holiday. You can donate, buy a pie or attend a fun "Shut up and Dance" event.

What differentiates you within real estate?

Choose a Real Estate professional who’s patient, knowledgeable, and allergic to the hard sell. When it’s the right time to move and sell, I help you realize where you want to live next. First, I listen to determine how your particular needs can be met with excellent real estate choices.

One last thing...

Growing up in Philly, I attended private and public schools. In my twenties, I lived in Chicago, New York, London, and San Francisco. All are great cities but none as livable for me as Philadelphia. I have a Bachelor's degree from NYU in filmmaking and still enjoy using my photography, location scouting, set designing, and storytelling skills as a Realtor. I have raised both of my children in the city, and love how they appreciate what Philadelphia has to offer. Four years ago, we moved a few blocks from the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Barnes Foundation. There are several great supermarkets near me, and lots of parks to explore.

What to expect.
