Steve has been a long term resident of Philadelphia, coming here in 1983 and being stationed at the Philadelphia Naval Hospital. After getting out of the Navy, he decided to stay and bought an old house in the University City. This house became a long term restoration project, which eventually was featured on several open house tours. Steve also attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia, getting a degree in Interior Design and then studied architecture at Drexel University.

Steve started in real estate as a part time rental agent and soon became a sales agent, he has been involved in sales, rentals and property managment. He has worked in both University City and Center City/ Society Hill. Steve started at O’Donnell Real Estate in University City and worked there for many years, working as a rental and sales agent and also as a property manager and administrator. He next went to work with The Atacan Group as a team administrator, coordinating agent showings and working with buyers and sellers. Steve was with the Atacan Group as it developed into Keller Williams. Eventually he became a full time agent at Coldwell Banker Realty Corp and then Coldwell Banker Preferred.

When not selling real estate, Steve enjoys exploring the Philadelphia region, learning the architectural history of the city, and working on his own historic restoration, a 1928 English Revival house in Upper Darby.
