I am lucky enough to have lots of great girlfriends that I consider sisters. I believe that I am as equal a good friend to them as they are to me. BTW...I am know as the goddess of the gulf. Ask me to explain!

What's your favorite client story?

Sold a house many many years ago in Chester. I represented the seller (estate). At closing, the buyer was in tears, so joyful to have bought her first home. She could not have thanked me enough.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

I love our city but I also love my lake house and always look forward to a change of scenery.

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

MID CENTURY MODERN

Favorite community organization.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I have been working as a high-level volunteer for several years for this great organization with a great cause.

What differentiates you within real estate?

I take pride in my reputation as professional and honest, whether it's with clients of other agents. My goal is a win/win for both sides of the transaction.

One last thing...

I went to 4 elementary schools until my family settled in Broomall. I have never had my own bedroom. I coached little league baseball, soccer and basketball.

Sandy grew up in Broomall, married her childhood sweetheart Ron. Together they raised two sons, living in Radnor for over 25 years. Most recently, the Kauffman’s moved to Center City Philadelphia, building a home from the ground up.
