I'm quite calm. I enjoy company and thrive on listening to what people have to share. (People have so much experience!!!) I have a creative twist to my thought process that helps me find interesting solutions to everyday challenges.
You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
Start with a trip to the dog park with a coffee in hand. Wind my way back via the coffee shop for a second cuppa joe and bagel. I always try to catch up with my family and friends on the phone depending on their timezone (my sister is in Korea). Taking care of projects around the house before another trip with my wonderful nugget of a dog to the park in the afternoon. Then it's time to cook dinner with my wife or head out for dinner at our favorite spot, Stock in Fishtown. Or, we might go to a friend's house to cook and share a TV show. If it's a Saturday, I start the day off playing soccer and go from there!
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
As someone that likes to cook, a good kitchen is always a pleasure. A nice range and efficient and organized use of the space just makes me wanna roll up my sleeves and start slicing veggies!!! And if there's also a great outside dining situation... don't get me started.

Starfinder—it's a nonprofit that helps our youth be physically and emotionally healthy through playing soccer.
What differentiates you within real estate?
My ability to see how the parts create the sum.
One last thing...
I grew up in both Northern Ireland and the South, but somehow don't have an accent. I'm a weird combination aesthete and competitive sports-loving bro. Equally excited to be in a museum or watching/playing the game.
