What's your favorite client story?
My favorite client stories are the ones with my first time buyers. Thankfully, there hasn't been much drama. I like to think its because I prepare my buyers thoroughly so the transaction is smooth and if there are any unexpected issues, they are ready to deal with them.
You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
Go down to the Italian market and pick up fixins for a fantastic meal I will cook for my friends and family.
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
Transom windows and chimney pots
Favorite community organization.
NLNA Northern Liberties Neighborhood Association. Its a strong organization in my community made up of neighborhood folks who have lived there before and during our transformation and have worked very hard to maintain a vision of a community with character, artistry, compassion and stewardship.
What differentiates you within real estate?
I come from a design and customer service background––art director gone restaurant owner. Consequently, I have an eye for space, layouts and detail and a heart for uniting folks with a place they feel safe and happy in this busy world. When it comes to your home you should feel in your gut that you are in your right place. My goal is always to put folks in that exact spot. To date, I like to think I have been very successful and am energized for the future!
