Summarize yourself in a tweet.

Realtor with 20+ years of experience in NJ, PA, FL. I enjoy working with both buyers & sellers. Experienced in property management and a VA Certified buyer's agent. I'm a proud wife & mom of 2 awesome children & 2 adorable furbabies. Love to travel, meet new people and make great lasting connections.

What's your favorite client story?

I actually have 2 great stories. 1) During a home inspection my buyer dropped on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend and 2) At closing my buyer asked me to be witness the following week at the courthouse of his marriage to his fiance.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

Reading Terminal Market or 9th St (Italian Market) for shopping and lunch, although now they are tourist attractions — growing up in Philly that is where we typically shopped for fresh produce and meats.

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

Growing up in Merchantville where the majority of homes were built in the late 1800s, I was always drawn to the uniqueness of each home. Most specifically I loved the large open porches, pitched slate roofs, bay windows and overall character with oversized windows and double entry doors.

Favorite community organization.

I just recently relocated back to NJ so I am currently not involved in any community organizations. But when I previously lived here, I was very involved with Merchantville Community Outreach. We organized all events, Car Show, Music Fest, Art Walk, etc. I lived in town and my office was in town so I was always looking to improve our community events.

What differentiates you within real estate?

I treat every customer as if they are friends/family. I represent them as if I were representing myself. I have been selling real estate for 23 years and I have not only sold my friends homes but now I am selling their children homes. Most important trait is trust and honesty and I strive for that not only with every client but everyone I meet.

What to expect.
