It's all about balance.
You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
An *ideal* day off to me would end down the Jersey shore. Pack the dogs up, get bagels and pick up a good rosé. We'd listen to a lot of classic Motown and drive to Ocean City NJ and spend the day at the dog beach. Its like a mystical heaven, quiet beach and dogs?! Sign me up. Then, we end up at some hidden gem shack by the bay and share a seafood tower, get that rosé on ice and watch the sunset. We get soft serve ice cream on the way home.
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
I love a stained glass vestibule window. French doors, so much natural light, ridiculously high ceilings, and a quaint outdoor space really get my rocks rollin too.
Favorite community organization.
El Compadre/South Philly Barbacoa have created a project called the Peoples Kitchen which is a food security and employment collaboration that supplies fair and transparent wages while serving up 200+ chef cooked meals a day for those in need. Thats community organization. Cristina Martinez who's the chef and owner behind this is quite the woman to look up to.
What differentiates you within real estate?
I'm a master at finding creative solutions, especially involving all things home. Home is the most important place in the world.
