Summarize yourself in a tweet.

As an investor, contractor, and agent, I love everything that can be done with a house. From the mechanicals in the walls to the personal touches that makes it a home to the value a house can bring.I love it all.

What's your favorite client story?

For years I had one amazing client who I did maintenance on her investment properties. Over time she asked me to help buy a condo for her father-in-law and later list one of her investments. Most recently I rebuilt a bathroom in a rental for her and a disgruntled tenant. I always joke with her that if I had 10 clients like her, I'd never want for work. In all seriousness, she taught me that good honest work over several years builds trust and returns beyond just business.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

I usually spend down time with my wife and three kids. I also like to bake, cook, and play musical instruments.

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

I have a habit of imagining a few things with each property 1) What I would do if I lived there 2) What I would do if I used it as an investment property and 3) What would I change to flip it. So I suppose I look at what each home's potential would be. Additionally, I love the blending of old charm and modern technology.

Favorite community organization.

I really love the Mitzvah Circle who help people in crisis with items like food, clothing, diapers, and more. Also many years ago I used to cook with a group called Food and not Bombs who showed up at a variety of events around Philadelphia and handed out free food. There is a lot of love found in food.

What differentiates you within real estate?

I hope to bring a strong understanding of building and repair along side of experience with Real Estate investing to my clients. For example, it is one thing to say that you could put a washer/dryer up on the 2nd floor, but another to explain exactly how to do it. Funny thing, I hate doing laundry, but love building laundry rooms.

One last thing...

Real Estate is my 3rd career and by far my favorite. I started as a Pharmacist then managed a Law Firm before delving into Real Estate. I feel like I found my true calling.

What to expect.
