You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
I love to find new restaurants throughout the city — it gives you such a great glimpse into a neighborhood. I would definitely squeeze in a workout class (Zumba if I’m looking to sweat, yoga if I need to relax), and then try to head over to Point Breeze to visit my niece and nephew. If our team is playing, I’ll try to meet up with friends to catch the game at a bar with a good Happy Hour.
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
I love archways and stairs — they can really change the entire style of a home!
Favorite community organization.
Penn State Dance Marathon (THON). THON is a student-run philanthropy conquering childhood cancer through the Four Diamonds Fund, and helps kids who are fighting cancer by providing care and covering all medical bills. As a student at Penn State University, I volunteered for the 46 hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon. FTK!
What differentiates you within real estate?
Before becoming a realtor, I worked in the behind-the-scenes of real estate transactions so I know the process inside and out. That deeper knowledge means I can make the process as seamless as possible for my buyers and investors after the fun of house-hunting is over.
