What's your favorite client story?

I was working with a young couple to find their first home. They expressed how much they looked forward to starting a family and creating a childhood similar to their own for their children. After exploring different neighborhoods and properties, we found a property owned by a couple who had lived in the home for over 65 years and were selling to move to an assisted living facility closer to family. The sellers wanted to meet the buyers. They were hoping the new owners would take as much pride in their home that they did for the past 65+ years. As the two couples chatted, they immediately connected. The sellers felt joy that the home that had meant so much to them would be in good hands as they moved on to the next phase of their lives.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

Crossfit, coffee, get outside!

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

Tubs! Bathtubs are my FAVORITE. I am a sucker for a beautiful bathroom and the tub is always the cherry on top. It can transform a regular bathroom into a grand luxurious spa-like space no matter how big or small a home is.

Favorite community organization.

PAWS - I am an animal lover. I adopted my rescue Pittie from PAWS 2 years ago after being a regular volunteer.

What differentiates you within real estate?

I feel that I am not just working with clients, but creating a relationship built around understanding exactly what they're looking for in a home and why. I make it a priority to fully understand the ins and outs of my clients' needs so I can provide them with best possible results.

What to expect.
