What's your favorite client story?
I met these clients at an open house. They had already lost out on several homes in a hot market. After a meeting at a local coffehouse and discussing the best ways to position an offer, they beat out several other offers and were able to buy the house they loved. We were all overjoyed.
You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
There are so many great fun and free places it is hard to choose! A bike ride along the Schukyill River and a hike in Fairmount park are great for fair weather days. On gloomy ones, Cherry St. Pier (a massive converted indoor/outdoor warehouse space with food and art vendors) and any of the city's many library's (I'm partial to the one on Vine St.) are perfect.
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
I am always drawn to the beauty of the original architectural details of a home. Fireplace mantels, transom windows, original woodwork. These all make me swoon.
Favorite community organization.
South Kensington Community Partners. It has been instrumental in building community and neighborhood pride!
What differentiates you within real estate?
I will do everything within my power to make sure that my clients have a smooth and successful real estate experience, whether buying or selling. From assisting with clean-outs, to solving logistical issues, I go above and beyond to make sure my clients are happy.
