Summarize yourself in a tweet.

Detail oriented but never loses sight of the big picture. Putting my experience and obsession with all things home, real estate, and interior design to good use as a property match-maker.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

First things first - time to caffeinate. In East Kensington/ Fishtown this means a stop at either Rowhome or ReAnimator with my two rescue pups along for the stroll. If I’m lucky, the Burrito Feliz truck is parked nearby and I grab the city’s best breakfast burrito to fuel up for the day. I head down to the Ben Franklin bridge and embark on the iconic walk across the upper level that really shows off Philly’s skyline. Cherry Street Pier below is the perfect spot for a snack after all that walking. My afternoon is spent hunting through the city’s many consignment furniture gems for that perfect piece I’ve been missing. When it’s time for dinner I pop over to Wm. Mulherin’s Sons for some fresh pasta, double margherita pizza, and an espresso martini. Time to head home and enjoy the rest of the evening on my roof deck!

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

Swoon for charming details - original millwork, plaster moldings, floor inlays and a classic Philly vestibule. Bonus points for wood beams!

Favorite community organization.

Mural Arts! We are very lucky to live in a city that emphasizes empowering, grassroots art that has a message and beautifies our neighborhoods.

What differentiates you within real estate?

Trained in interior architecture, I bring with me the knowledge and eye of an experienced interior designer who has a knack for helping others envision and create their own unique version of home. I am focused on all the minute details both when it comes to construction and when considering properties as investment opportunities. When working through the process together, I look for ways to improve on quality and curate timeless options to find that just-right-for-you fit.

What to expect.
