Summarize yourself in a tweet.
Philadelphian through and through - born here, raised here, educated here (Go Quakers!) Nothing makes me happier than connecting clients to their neighborhoods - and I've lived in all of them. I'm committed to making my city stronger and better. I've always invested in where I live, participating in numerous civic groups over the years.
What's your favorite client story?
So many, but the best ones are clients who have become good friends. They have enriched my life and I hope I have done the same for them.
You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?
Cover the city from river to river. Be spontaneous - explore a museum, shop, eat or sit at a cafe and watch the world go by. Stop home to spend some quality time walking my dog and catching up with neighbors. Volunteer!
What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?
Red brick! The Federal homes in Society Hill have such dignity and presence.
Favorite community organization.
Village Creative, a new organization linking Queen Village residents with our neighborhood experts. We'll start with cooking and knitting demonstrations and go from there. This is an exciting and fun new venture for our neighborhood.
What differentiates you within real estate?
My knowledge of Philadelphia - its geography, traditions and quirks, plus my tenacity.
