A few years ago Philadelphia ranked as one of the top fattest and unhealthiest cities in the U.S. Since then, the city has strapped on its leg warmers and headbands to fight the battle of the bulge. Living in a city that offers so many great restaurants in almost every one of its neighborhoods, it is not always an easy task. I have compiled a list of great restaurants that offer amazing dishes in a few neighborhoods and the gyms where you will need to work off what you indulged in.
