Summarize yourself in a tweet.

Began my real estate career with investment properties at the age of 20. Loved the process of transforming often unappreciated properties into beautiful welcoming homes–loved it so much I became a Realtor to also help others find their dream projects. My photography and interior design skills make me a tripple threat, helping agents and clients alike to stage and market homes to potential buyers. Continue to be in awe of Philadelphia's rich history and timeless architectural design. Always on a mission to find properties that deserve to be restored their original beauty.

What's your favorite client story?

I met a couple through friends that were searching for their perfect home in which to enjoy their retirement. They searched for months with no avail until I became their agent. Within a month, we became fast friends and I was able to find them their dream home. Unfortunately, just as we were putting in their offer on the property another came in and it looked like my clients had missed their opportunity. I made sure to keep in close contact with the sellers' agent, stressing that my clients had fallen in love with the home the minute they saw it. Luckily for us, the first offer fell through within a few days, and my clients were able to purchase the house they loved. It’s been over a year since they found their forever home, but my clients were so grateful for my persistence and hard work that I still get calls from them asking me to come by the house for a chat over a cup of tea.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

Philadelphia is such a scenic city with so many things to do and see. On a beautiful sunny day, I like to go on walks or drives where I can explore my surroundings. With all of the new businesses emerging in the city, I can always find a new coffee shop, restaurant, or bar to enjoy a few hours in.

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

The first thing a person sees before they even enter a home–the front door. It welcomes guests into your space and can really set the tone for what’s to come inside.

Favorite community organization.

The Brewerytown Sharswood NAC is my favorite community organization because I host a movie night there with snacks and pizza for the kids in the neighborhood every other week.

What differentiates you within real estate?

The depth of knowledge I have gained from years of experience with investment properties and my ability to leverage it for my clients.
