Summarize yourself in a tweet.

With a southern twang and Texas values, I am a mom to three toddler girls that finds herself navigating an amazing city, all while dusting off the pink glitter.

What's your favorite client story?

Walking into a listing with a repeat client/friend, and coming face-to-face with the most atrocious light fixture (picture a large collection of bike parts, kitchen utensils, and household items with funky lightbulbs throughout) only to find out it was worth $10,000. In the end, he considered purchasing the property solely for the light fixture.

You have a day off in Philly. What do you do?

I cross my fingers it's a warm day (and a Saturday or Sunday!) and head out to one of my favorite brunch spots. I drink mimosas with friends and then head to a nearby playground or park with my family.

What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

I'm a sucker for a good archway or fireplace mantel.

Favorite community organization.

Francisville Neighborhood Development Corporation. I've lived in Francisville for the past five years and I love witnessing the amazing growth that's happened in the area.

What differentiates you within real estate?

I like to think my southern hospitality helps creates a feeling of comfort between myself and new clients, and above all, mirrors the loyalty I uphold. I believe in listening to my client's needs and combining that with today's technology tools to make every deal as smooth as possbile. I also feel that it's equally important that my clients have a fun and enjoyable experience.

What to expect.
