Unlike many Philadelphia Realtors, Ali Goldblum (formerly Pearlstein) was born and raised in center city Philadelphia- which translates into insightful and impassioned real estate advice for all of her clients.

Ali has had a remarkable career in real estate. She began her career as a Buyers representative and specialist at Prudential Fox and Roach, Society Hill, the largest office in Philadelphia, where she worked on a “Top of the Rock,” top producing team from 2004 to 2006. She was one of the top brokers on the #1 team in the Northern Region at Coldwell Banker Preferred; and worked on the #1 team leading transactions in Philadelphia, as well as Pennsylvania at Coldwell Banker Preferred, in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Further, she lead buyer produced transactions for that sales team in both 2008 and 2009.

Her listings have been published nationally in The New York Times Online Real Estate feature “What You can get…,” and The Week Magazine has chosen and featured three of her listings as the coveted, “Steal of the Week.” Other listings have been featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer, Dwell, GOOD and Metropolis Magazine.

Ali is a certified Eco-broker and has brokered the purchase and again the sale of Philadelphia’s first LEED Platinum home, the 100k House.

Outside of real estate, Ali is a certified interior designer and the founding principal of the interior design firm, Trendless Design. She specializes in contemporary and mid-century modern design. Her interior design at the Ritz was featured in Philadelphia Magazine’s Open House edition.

Ali is a design, art and architecture enthusiast, a fierce negotiator and loves to share her inside tips on the best bargain boutiques, eateries and deals throughout the city.
